Super-boring weekend food write-up

Saturday:
Breakfast: omelet with 1 egg + 2 egg whites, tomato and no-fat cheddar. � 7-grain bun.
Lunch: � chicken breast on 7-grain bun w/ slice of no-fat cheddar and mustard.
Snack: cottage cheese, cherries
Dinner: cold baked chicken, brown rice (~1 cup), salad, glass and a half of red wine.
Exercise: some gardening.

Sunday:
Brunch: 1 � soft-boiled eggs (the � is because it cracked open in the water and most of it leaked out), � 7-grain bun, low-fat yogurt, glass of grapefruit juice.
Dinner: � chicken breast on 7-grain bun with 2 (!) slices of no-fat cheddar. Sometimes I just go crazy! Diet Snapple.
Exercise: � hour on elliptical, 45 minutes of weights.
