ethnically eating

Weekend food entry:

Friday dinner: cup of gazpacho, chicken salad sandwich on decadent fresh white bread, teensy scoop of potato salad (more like a garnish), pomegranate iced tea, 1/8# of dark chocolate dried cherries. Martini.

Saturday:
Breakfast: Starbucks 7-grain braid with a tub of regular cream cheese.
Lunch: a Philippine egg roll, 4 bites of a Colombian tamale, dinky slice of tres leches cake. The church across the street was having a fiesta!
Dinner: 3 gyoza, half an order of chicken pad see eew (or however it�s spelled), 2 beers.

Sunday:
Brunch:
1 � soft boiled eggs, � slice of toast w/ promise spread. Chocolate chip cookie.
Dinner: hackepeter (German steak tartar), � thuringer sausage w/ sauerkraut, small tub of cole slaw, weiss beer.

Looking over what I ate it was a fairly ethnic weekend. Latino, Thai, German. Considering the choices available I think I did OK � not great but also not a complete falling off of the wagon.

No exercise due to odd sleep patterns � late night concerts and baseball games and sleeping past 10:30 am. I felt like I was reverting to college patterns.
