you probably would also benefit from a dietary change. especially since you are working out, i would reduce the amount of carbs / fats and increase the lean proteins such as chicken, tofu, and lean cuts of pork or beef. especially immediately after working out, your body will be looking for things to help replenish the fat you have burned - go for protein heavy in that time. cut back on the fried foods then too. also increase the type of starches towards the whole grains aka rice / barleys (no that doesn't mean sake and beer) which are better for energy and less likely to be fried. oh and cut out beer. switch for a while to cider or mixed drinks... or join the derby. hahaha.
