Poppy, Poppy, the first thing you need to do is let go of the guilt! It's true that maybe pulled pork has more calories than a plate full of raw vegetables but you didn't lose it completely. You chose not to have dessert, an entire bag of chips or a sugar-laden soft drink, right? You chose to work out twice then take an evening walk, right? Everyone has a bump now and again and certainly the thought of maintaining the weight loss is scary. Ask yourself if you feel better/look better/have more energy now than you did a few months ago? I'll bet you do. Frame your life with positive affirmations, girl...you are fabulous! PS. You don't have to give up breakfast dates with your husband, you just can't make them every day. Pick one or two Sundays every month and go have a lovely meal. Feel free to let me know when you need some good vibes. I always had a secret dream to be a cheer leader.
